The redesign transforms it into a bright, versatile venue for breakfast lovers, with space for small workshops or events. The front façade, featuring fixed glass and glass bricks, lets natural light animate the interiors throughout the day. The earthy finishes reflect the brand’s focus on healthy, honest meals. Lime paint above and red oxide stone-grit plaster with stone flooring below, divided by a 15mm granite inlay, create a “shallow tray” aesthetic, making the sunken site feel inviting and warm. It’s a space that brings people together over good food and meaningful conversations.
